THE ROMAN STYLE PIZZA

We make the original Roman style pizza in Australia.
With very long origins, this unique pizza style exploded in Rome in the 80's.
It is cooked in rectangular trays or direct on stone based ovens by long wood peels, the Roman Style Pizza is a unique product now famous all around Italy.
Very different from the classic Neapolitan pizza, It is also the only pizza style that allows you to create a real "display" of it, to let you choose even without a paper menu!
"You will eat it with your eyes first"!!
All of this is allowed by a very hydrated and long fermented dough, a slower cooking to give an amazing crunchy base.

It's the best pizza style for take away because of his very long shelf life, you can keep in the fridge or even freeze it and then cook it again obteining a super crunchiness with your domestic oven.
"Immagine the best bread with pizza toppings"...this is Rome's Pizza!
Ours is just the same product you can find in any little pizza shop or bakery in Rome!
